At Wax Box Club, all sales are final unless otherwise stated below.
All Sales Final
Due to the nature of trading cards, collectibles, sealed products, breaks, and repack products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been opened, used, or revealed.
This includes but is not limited to:

Sealed boxes and packs

Break spots
-
Repack products
-
Mystery boxes
-
Single cards
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

Clear photos of the item(s)

Photos of the shipping box and packaging
We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. Once an order is shipped, delivery timelines are outside of our control. If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped. Subscription cancellations must be completed before the next billing date to avoid being charged.
