Welcome to Wax Box Club. By accessing our website, purchasing products, or participating in breaks or subscriptions, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

General
Wax Box Club reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase or participate in breaks.

Products & Services
Wax Box Club sells trading cards, sealed products, repack products, break spots, subscriptions, and related collectibles.
All products are sold as described. Odds, hits, and card values are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.
Breaks
By purchasing a break spot, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All break results are final

  • Teams, players, or spots are randomly assigned unless otherwise stated

  • No refunds or exchanges are provided for break spots once the break has filled or begun

  • Cards are shipped only for the teams or spots you purchased

Wax Box Club is not responsible for cards that are damaged by the manufacturer (factory damage).
Repack & Mystery Products
Repack and mystery products are assembled by Wax Box Club.
By purchasing, you understand that:

  • Card values may vary

  • No specific card, player, or value is guaranteed unless explicitly stated

  • All sales are final once opened or revealed

Sealed Products
Sealed products are sold factory-sealed. They are non-refundable.
Wax Box Club is not responsible for manufacturer defects or missing hits.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in [CAD/USD — choose one]. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment must be completed in full before orders are processed or shipped.
Shipping
Wax Box Club ships orders to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers

  • Incorrect addresses entered by the customer

  • Lost or stolen packages once marked delivered

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with the customer to find a reasonable resolution.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final unless stated otherwise in our Return & Refund Policy.
Approved refunds, replacements, or store credit are issued at the sole discretion of Wax Box Club.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the next billing date.
By subscribing, you authorize Wax Box Club to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. No refunds are provided for subscription charges once processed.
Chargebacks & Fraud
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:

  • Order cancellation

  • Account suspension

  • Permanent banning from future purchases or breaks

Wax Box Club reserves the right to submit evidence to payment processors in the event of a dispute.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, images, text, and product names, is the property of Wax Box Club and may not be copied or used without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Wax Box Club is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
All products are purchased at the customer’s own risk.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Canada.
